Mr. Dong always follows the principle of “Quality is Everything”, which motivates him to provide high standard of products and services. He has extensive experience in marketing and promotion in 5 star hotels and resorts. He has also organized and invested in over 20 Asian superstars concerts, including Jacky Cheung, Aaron Kwok Fu Shing, Leon Lai, May Day, Jay Chou, George Lam. He has also participated in various awarding winning films such as Vulgaria, SPL II, Paradox, The White Storm II, The Brink, Limbo, Time, Aberdeen, Chasing the Dragon and Palm Springs.
Mr. Dong have successfully built numerous enterprises, encompassing businesses across the Media & Entertainment, Investment Services, Food & Beverage, Trading, and Natural Resources industries. He has always supported the society by participating in charity and social ventures.
Mr. Dong is now with us, Celebrity Charity Fund Association, to contribute the charity society with his tremendous amount of knowledge in business management and network.
Advisory Board: Mr. Hui Kin San
Mr. Hui Kin San (Sam Hui) has more than 25 years of experience in media field and corporate management. He is passionate in promoting new media and e-trade development. Mr. Sam Hui was an advisory board and a show host of Digital Broadcasting Corporation Hong Kong Limited. He is now a councilor and a copywriter of Media Pro Hong Kong Limited and Ideal Radio.
Mr. Sam Hui is now also the chairman of industrial committee in information technology & e-trade industry of The Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong, vice chairman of Hong Kong Association of Interactive Marketing, vice chairman of Hong Kong Digital Radio Development Association, a committee of the Hong Kong Information Technology Federation, a committee of the Hong Kong Cross-borderE-commerce Association and a committee of the Chamber of Hong Kong Computer Industry, etc.
Mr. Sam Hui believes his tremendous amount of knowledge in the information technology and new media industry, and with his massive commercial and political network, this will undoubtedly be a huge contribution to CCFA’s development and to the charity field.
Honorary Legal Advisor
Mr. Szeto Yuk Ting (Anderson.Y.T.Szeto) was graduated from St. Paul Co-educational College in 1986 and was graduated from the Faculty of Law, Hong Kong University afterwards. He was then admitted as a Legal Lawyer in Hong Kong in 1992 and started off his own law firm. As time goes by, Mr. Szeto has already been a legal advisor in several companies and organizations.
Honorary Accountant: Chan Tak Lung Certified Public Accountant
Chan Tak Lung Certified Public Accountant (Practising) is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Chan embraces social responsibility and cares about the community, providing audit services with reasonably price to various charitable institutions. His team consists of a group of professionals who uphold rigorous work processes and attitudes, delivering high-quality professional services to clients, allowing them to focus on their core business.
Honorary Committee: Mr. Cheng Ka Kei
Mr. Cheng Ka Kei (Chris Cheng) is a hairstylist director of one of the most famous hair stylish group in Hong Kong, IL COLPO GROUP. An advisor of BC Hair, a hair & spa groupfrom New Zealand. Also he is a nutrition director of an international nutrition company, USANA, an official nutrition supplements supplier for plenty of countries’ national sport teams in the world.
Honorary Committee: Mr. Lee Chan Sam
Mr. Lee Chan Sam (Sam Lee) is a famous Hong Kong actor, DJ, a musician, founder of Subcrew. In his debut film “Made In Hong Kong”, Sam won the Best New Performer Award in the 17th Hong Kong Film Awards. Outside of his film career, He is a seasonal member of a Hong Kong Hip Hop band “Monkeymen” where he is the rapper, Sam Lee is also known as DJ Becareful.
A stylish brand, Subcrew, started out as a passion project in 2005. It is a creative collection which also established by Sam Lee. Subcrew’s name is a short form combining submarine and crew, coming from hanging out in the limitless and boundary-less attitude and design. This brand is now developed into 3 lines: Subcrew, Sup by Subcrew and Crew by Subcrew.
Sam Lee is also a founder of a restaurant: Sam Jai Kee Po Jai Fan (Beijing).
Honorary Committee: Ms. Yiu Lok Yee
Ms. Yiu Lok Yee (ShermingYiu) is a famous artist in Hong Kong. In 1997, Ms. Yiu began her career at TVB and had participated in more than 30 of drama serials and movies. Perfect Match, a love film, was one of Ms. Yiu’s most popular drama and because of that, she was nominated in the 6th Golden Bauhinia Awards, the best supporting actress in 2001.Ms. ShermingYiu has also been contributing a lot in charity events, Po Leung Kuk, Tung Wah Group of Hospital and Yan Chai, etc. Now she is our CCFA Star Ambassador to take part in promoting charity events with us!
SMILES production Limited, was founded by Ms. Yiu, provides a board spectrum of production services including event planning, event management and creative design. They work with government sectors, commercial institutions, social enterprises and educational institutions for different promotional campaigns.
New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association, Hong Kong Association of the Deaf, International Social Service Hong Kong Branch, Hong Kong Playground Association and amfAR(The Foundation of AIDS) were some of the associations that have cooperated with SMILE Production Limited before.

Mr. Au Pak Sing, Roy, has been into charity events for years.
